The Humanitarian African Relief Organization (HARO) put together a meat distribution plan for the Eid-UL-Adha festivities.
HARO have been helping the needy people in East Africa especially those in Somalia, Haro Somalia came together and planned how to evenly distribute the meat for Eid-Ul-Adha. The program has focused in Mogadishu where there are a prominent number of displaced people.
In many places where the delivery of the meat was taken to include Baadle, Ashraaf, Alla Aamin and also a camp that consisted of blind and deaf people. “I have been watching the HARO program in the region of Somalia myself and have realized the dedication of these people” Amin Khasaaro, somalitalk.com reporter said.
The Udhiyah has reached 1500 poor families and consisted of multiple meats such as Camels, Sheep, and Goats. HARO workers mention this donation from their brothers/sisters in USA and urged the American Muslim Community to donate as much as they can to relieve their brothers/sisters in East Africa.
“There is a great appreciation from all those that received the Udhiyah. They pray that an abundance of blessings reaches all those who have generously donated” Amin added.
HARO has been a significantly helping all those in Somalia, especially since the drought season. There has been a tremendous effort from the HARO team in helping all those in need in many regions of East Africa and Somalia and also camps with displaced families and orphans.
