With the season of Muslim holidays ending, HARO completed Qurbani (Animal Sacrifice) in refugee camps around Mogadishu and Baydhabo cities in Somalia. The meat from this Qurbani has reached most needed people and families with handicapped individuals who are struggling to find anything to eat on Eidul-Adha (Muslim holiday).
The project was being managed closely by HARO officials who distributed the aid evenly. The aid consisted of goat and sheep meat while similar aid were being given away to other refugee camps around Somalia.
The internally displaced people (IDP) were grateful for the people who donated the funding which made it possible for them to enjoy the meat.
