Humanitarian African Relief Organization (HARO) conducted a program of job training and Microfinance program in Kismayo, Somalia. Where 50 women who have orphans were trained and each one give a start up amount of money to start a business and sustain their livelihoods. The money for the program was donated by Somali women in Seattle, Washington and matched by HARO.
Job training and job placement is one is one of the major projects of HARO to elevate the life of the poor in Somalia so they can sustain their lives and become free from dependency.
